The site was used as a location for the industry and with the former Heemaf factory on it. The factory is demolished except for one monumental building.

A care hotel with approx. 18 rooms will also be housed in this building. A public restaurant will also be realized in this building.
- The realization of a Care Complex with 70 care places with facilities and a private garden. This complex is expected to be a turn key delivery commissioned by a Care provider.
- The Apartment building with 42 service apartments with private care called the Comfortable Living concept. This building also has 45 parkingspaces.
- Urban villas overlooking the water with parking space and (roof) terrace
- A parking garage for shared use of these buildings with approx.. 105 parking places.
